The Monkey Jump Quest application is engineered as an isolated local executable. We do not harvest, intercept, cache, or transmit personal consumer data. The software operates without generating network packets, meaning that your gameplay performance, highest scores, physical location coords, and device identifiers remain completely secure on your local physical device hardware.
C. Zero-Processing Framework and Communications Policy
Because the application is constructed without any data ingestion endpoints, the Teen Entrepreneur Association organization performs zero active processing of user records. In cases where users proactively contact us via our secure operations email or helpline, we process that contact information solely to resolve the specific technical inquiry or local incubator program bug report.
D. European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Status
Under the mandates of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the legal basis for processing any personal data is non-applicable, as no personal data is ever collected, logged, or processed by our software.
